1. Overview of Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, social media shops (Meta/Instagram), and direct links. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms listed below.

Services: Yoga classes, workshops, and therapy sessions.

Products: Yoga mats, apparel, accessories, and wellness products sold via our online store.

2. Product Returns (Online Store)

2.1 Return Eligibility

As per Indian Consumer Law, customers have the right to return products that are damaged, defective, or not as described.

Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like personal yoga wear (innerwear), used yoga mats, and opened wellness/health supplements are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged.

2.2 Process for Returns

Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3–5 business days.

Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

3. Refunds (Products & Services)

3.1 Product Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed:

Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to your bank account/card/UPI within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a nominal processing fee may be deducted.

3.2 Yoga Session Refunds (Services)

Trial Classes: trial class are free.

Monthly/Annual Packages: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must inform us 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

Pro-rata Basis: Refunds for mid-month cancellations are only provided in exceptional medical cases (doctor’s certificate required), calculated on a pro-rata basis minus a 10% administrative fee.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Product Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the Return Policy.

4.2 Workshop/Special Event Cancellation

48+ Hours Notice: 90% refund.

24–48 Hours Notice: 50% refund.

Less than 24 Hours: No refund will be provided as slots are limited.

5. Compliance with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Rules

Since we operate an online store via Meta platforms, we strictly adhere to Meta’s Commerce Seller Agreement:

Accurate Descriptions: We ensure all product images and descriptions are 100% accurate.

Customer Support: We commit to responding to customer inquiries regarding refunds within 2 business days.

Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please record an “Unboxing Video” as it serves as vital proof for insurance and replacement claims. Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

7. Dispute Resolution and Indian Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Ambala/Haryana.

Consumer Protection: Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we provide a clear grievance redressal mechanism.
